Did you have to put your Golden Retriever down because of a brain tumor?
I used to have a happy and very playful Golden Retriever named Shad ow. He looked perfectly healthy. Then one day he stopped playing then collapsed and all went downhill from there. I later found out he had a brain tumor. I had to have him put to sleep, because he had trouble eating/walking. Have you experienced the same?

I personally haven't, but before my mother had kids she had a Siberian husky that she had to put down due to brain tumors. I'm sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss, honey. :( It's sounds terrible, and I'd hate to go through with that. Fortunately, I've only lost dogs due to old age .. So, I knew that they lived long, and healthy lives.

I wish you the best.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. I've had to put animals down in the past and it's one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Just keep telling yourself that you have your pup the best possible life and that he won't be suffering any longer. God Bless

My cat had to be put to sleep because of a brain tumor just a week ago. I think you should do the same as I did: find out if your dog has a brother or sister. Whoever has them now should be able to give them up for someone who went through this. His brother or sister won't be able to replace Shadow, but a part of him will be with you. I hope this will help for your loss.
