packing air and then violently stretching at the same time is dangerous dont do it, jsut do the packing
if u want to pack and stretch at same time: hold the stretch first then pack then as u let go of stretch exhale.

in yoga ,kapalabhati pranayam and sarvangasana are the most powerfull tool to beat athsma.there are another techniques like kunjal kriya which is voluntary vomiting to clean your stomach and lungs and neti kriya to clean your nose and throat this cleans the whole breathing system.learning these techniques is easy but requires the help of a qualified instructor.avoid fat becoming vegeteraian its a good idea

better do sarvangasana learn sarvangasana on youtube and just have in mind that your intestines and stomach have to be empty .sarvangasana is an inverted asana automatically all the blood flow goes stright to your throat and lungs openning your diafragm.you can stay as long as you want cause is a easy and comfortable posture.but at the beguinning 2 minutes should be enough encrease gradually every week 2 more minutes and after try to do matsyasana half of time you did sarvangasana

I’m gunna try this. It’s this time of the year again where I get hayfever, and as a result, hayfever induced athsma. happens like clockwork every year, and my overall performance and productivity goes down. can’t have that again this year. i got exams to get grades in haha.

Hi wan,this is a different kind of chi gong from what i have learned.The breathing is different,i was taught when you breathe in you pull your stomach in when you breath out you push your stomach out.Its kind of like reverse breathing.I learned the shaolin way of doing it,but im still going to try this.Thank you
